I ordered the empty bottle on line on April 13th, still have not received it. My credit card has been charged but I have no bottle…where is it ???

It would have been nice to know they would be available at Keeneland for $37.95, BEFORE ordering online and being duped into the “shipping included” like it's a deal! They should be the same price at Keeneland for those of us who did not already jump right in & order!
